程智勇，男，南京理工大學博士研究生，工學博士，現巢湖學院教師。曾任中國船舶集團綜合經濟技術研究院算法總監，聯通集團聯通在線有限公司算法專家。

研究方向：大語言模型，自然語言處理，雷達信號處理，凸優化理論等領域的研究工作。
